Our First Event!

We had a great time as we received the message, “Fight the Fight, Finish the Race, Keep the Faith”. The verse we discussed was 2 Timothy 4:7 where Paul is in jail and writing what are his last words to Timothy. We pose the question asking what your last words would be if you knew your time was near?

Paul was such an intense guy and his zeal for Christ is pretty mind boggling. He is actually amped up to be killed for preaching the gospel! Would you be as excited as he was? I know his life and death make me think long and hard about my commitment to serving the Lord.

Paul encourages us to fight the fight, finish the race, and keep the faith. I know that this verse keeps me going at times where I want to give up. I hope it does the same for you!

We then had a killer WOD where the rep scheme was 2 Deadlifts, 4 Burpees, and 7 Push Press. You bear crawl back the beginning and start over and have 9 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. People gave it their all and it was pretty inspiring to watch!

If you are interested in coming to join us for our next event, please email chris@templestrength.com. Please email if you have questions about your faith as well.

If you have specific prayer requests, please email them to prayers@templestrength.com. These are confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Stay tuned for the next workout! Most likely, it will be April 15th.

Keeping the Faith,

Chris and Emily
