A great segment on a Houston morning show recently!
Just think about it and ignore all the commercials you hear that “whole grains” and “whole wheat” are good for you. Especially when people say you “need carbs”.
Did you know 2 slices of whole wheat toast raises your blood sugar more than 6 teaspoons of table sugar???
Natural is better and wheat in today’s form IS NOT NATURAL!!!!
